Job Title: Data Insights Manager

In a world where data is the new oil, we are looking for a skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in SQL, Alteryx, and Google Looker.

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in data transformation, reporting, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building automated workflows, managing datasets, and delivering impactful dashboards to enable business decision-making.

**Responsibilities**
. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for reliable data pipelines.
. Build and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics.
. Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards in Looker.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
. Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting platforms.
. Support process automation and enable self-service reporting for end-users.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Big Query Database, and Prophecy - Data sources- Tables to visualize in Looker Studio.
. Good knowledge of Python & Alteryx.
. Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL best practices.
. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data management.
. Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics is a plus.
. Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
. Experience in financial or operational reporting will be an added advantage.
. Proven ability to lead cross-functional BI projects and mentor teams.
. Knowledge of AI/ML Concepts.
