About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior AI/ML Engineer with 58 years of expertise in Predictive Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, hands-on development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions leveraging predictive ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and large language models (LLMs).

- Implement GenAI solutions including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), and RAG-based pipelines.

- Work on Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentforce) to build intelligent, multi-agent solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, ensuring high-quality coding standards and solution delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

- Conduct research and stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

- Deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using native AI/ML services.

- Develop and optimize ETL workflows, handle large datasets, and ensure seamless data integration.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

- Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI solution design and implementation.

- Proven expertise in ML/DL/LLM model development and deployment.

- Strong knowledge of Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, MLlib).

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI : prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines.

- Practical exposure to Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentforce, etc.).

- Experience with cloud-based AI solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferably GenAI services).

- Strong SQL knowledge and experience in ETL pipelines and large-scale data handling.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

- Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
