Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality products and providing continuous feedback and improvement to the QA manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through rigorous test planning and automation planning.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand product architecture and functionality to ensure seamless feature delivery.
- Work with the development team to resolve complex issues and prepare and configure comprehensive test environments, including software installations and configurations.
- Conduct thorough exploratory testing to identify defects that might not be covered by test cases.
- Deploy scalable microservices applications in the Engineering environment and provide support to the SRE team for production releases.
- Improve processes for test plan reviews and ensure thoroughness of test scenarios.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products and leading a team of 3-5 engineers.
- Must have experience on any public or private Cloud platform.
- Certification of AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in test automation of multi-tier Enterprise and/or Cloud, SaaS applications.
- Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
- Hands-on experience of functional UI and API automation.
- Linux knowledge is essential.
- Good to have experience on Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB.
A strong background in testing SAAS applications for scalability testing is an added advantage.
Additionally, experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible is highly desirable.
