As a seasoned Identity Governance professional, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Your key responsibility will be to integrate SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Configuring connectors to onboard applications, utilizing both out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Designing and implementing automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Effectively communicating and demonstrating SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
  • Collaborating with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
