Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, ensuring seamless integration of applications.

  • Responsible for onboarding new applications onto the system.
  • Collaborate with application owners to understand their requirements and facilitate a smooth integration process.
  • Gather relevant information necessary for the IAM process within each application.
  • Coordinate and test custom development required by application teams.
  • Work closely with internal engineers to ensure integration adheres to governance best practices and application specifications.
  • Provide support during UAT phases.
  • Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  • Manage multiple application teams simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 7-9 years' experience as an engineer or analyst in IGA development teams.
  • Updated identity mapping and configuration of source and target applications for attributes.
  • Proficiency in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Administration, implementation, and support of SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • RBAC analysis and implementation experience.
  • Launching certification campaigns and follow-up remediation processes.
  • Development and maintenance of forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates.
  • Custom report creation for specific and general purposes.
  • Rule creation, including Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Management, including Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
  • Good work ethic and proficiency in technical skills.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification is highly desirable.
