Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner/Business Analyst with 3–8 years of experience, preferably in startup environments within the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to 0–1 product development and ERP implementation, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving digital transformation in complex operational environments.

Business & Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes; Product Ownership : Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept → MVP → implementation → scale-up , and lead sprints to deliver measurable business value in efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.


ERP Implementation & Solution Design : Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM), designing scalable workflows, data flows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • ~3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • ~ Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to 0–1 product building.
  • Familiarity with ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, and IoT systems.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in BI and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
  • Data-driven mindset with capability to validate KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering methods (workshops, interviews, user observation).
