To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in premium casual dining or hospitality.
  • A natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
  • A passion for learning and growth, as well as a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
