Job Opportunity: Sales & Operations Specialist

At the heart of our company's success is a talented team that shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales & Operations Specialist to join our inbound tours division.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and responding to B2B travel queries from international agents. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

We're looking for an individual who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations and possess strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents.
  • Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to think on your feet.
