THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for dynamic and detail-oriented travel professionals to join our inbound team as Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours. In this role, you will be the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents.
  • Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations.
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet.
