Job Title:

B2B Luxury Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and premium gifting sectors.
  • Build strategic partnerships with top-tier brands, corporates, event agencies, hotels, and premium retail platforms to drive sales growth.
  • Pitch and close brand tie-ups, advertising sales, and co-branded activations that align with the company's brand ethos.

Maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing heads, and procurement teams to deliver exceptional client experiences is crucial for this role. Additionally, managing and maintaining accurate data in the assigned sales system is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 47 years of experience in business development or advertising sales within luxury magazines, premium brands, flower companies, or event/wedding industries.
  • A strong network within the luxury space across fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this role.
  • Aesthetically inclined individuals with a good understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning are ideal candidates.
  • Self-starters who are driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities effectively are encouraged to apply.
