**Job Overview**

At ANSR, we're seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to drive digital excellence across our operations. This pivotal role demands expertise in transition and transformation strategies, as well as project management and process improvement.

 

Job Description

As a Transformation Leader, you will define and implement end-to-end transition strategies, leveraging cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive significant business impact.

  • Create and execute comprehensive transition roadmaps, incorporating thorough due diligence, business case development, and knowledge transfer plans.
  • Lead resource and capacity modeling, forecasting, and prioritization to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to foster adoption of new processes among all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain project governance standards, ensuring alignment with overall reporting requirements.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree or MBA.
  • At least 15 years of experience in digital consulting or project management, with a minimum of 8 years in retail transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering products, projects, or technology applications, with expertise in design thinking and ideation.

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including business teams, procurement, central projects, HR, tax and finance, legal, and IT. You will be responsible for driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and identifying opportunities for automation.
