Build Strong Client Relationships
The Relationship Manager role involves developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive sales growth. This includes generating revenue through B2B sales within assigned territories.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Field Sales: Generate revenue through face-to-face sales closures in assigned territories.
- Maintaining Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and client organizations.
- Prospecting and Marketing: Identify relevant merchants, understand marketing objectives, and provide effective solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Set up and deliver daily sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Escalation Calls: Handle escalation calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- People Management: Perform effective people management, including one-to-one coaching, career development, and monitoring operations.
