Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Central Analytics Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing data-driven decision-making processes that drive business growth and customer value perception.

This role combines strategic planning with direct implementation, requiring strong analytical capabilities, experience with Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business drivers and technical requirements, develop data models, conduct analysis, and provide solutions to product challenges.
  2. Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and product impact, transforming metrics into actionable insights.
  3. Develop automated, self-service reporting platforms for large-scale data analysis, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
  4. Write and optimize SQL queries for both scheduled reporting and ad-hoc analysis, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  5. Lead data infrastructure management for the Central Analytics Team, selecting appropriate data sources and collaborating with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  6. Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions for new product launches, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS include experience building and maintaining basic data artifacts (e.g., ETL, data models, queries). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
