Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of project execution.

Your expertise in reviewing technical drawings, computations, and material control charts will help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

  • Review drawings received from clients to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Compute the scope of work (tonnage, inch diameter, square meters etc) from drawings and materials received at the yard
  • Check Material Take-Off (MTO) for the scope of work and reconcile materials free issued by clients
  • Plan and schedule project targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and follow requirements
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions for procurement of MTO
  • Review vendor proposals for specifications and quantity
  • Maintain Materials Control Charts and reconcile materials free issued by clients
  • Handle manpower and tools/equipment at the site

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute
  • Preferable additional qualifications: Diploma in Piping Engineering and Design
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Working knowledge of AutoCad
  • ASNT Level II Qualifications in RT/UT/MPI and LPT
