About Gokyo Outdoor Clothing & Gear has an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer support professional to join their team. We are looking for a proactive and empathetic individual who can handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a professional attitude. They will also maintain accurate customer records using Excel and internal tools, and ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via multiple channels

  • Coordinating with internal departments for quick resolutions
  • Tracking complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently

  • Preparing daily/weekly reports for management review

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline, 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles, fluency in English (spoken and written), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports), strong follow-up and time management abilities, and the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
