Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps expert to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will guide the DevOps team and work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to drive automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • E nsure high availability and performance of production systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth code releases and rapid iteration.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in DevOps, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC, and security.
  • Mentor junior DevOps engineers and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.
  • Implement and manage observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Maintain infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Deep knowledge of Linux systems, scripting (Shell, Python), and system administration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in distributed systems.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps culture.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and service mesh tools (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
