Data Science Driven Prop-Tech Lender Seeks Credit Lead

We provide a dynamic and global workspace with opportunities to excel and grow in various financial risk and analytical roles. You will interact extensively with teams across the globe and clients from different parts of the US.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will lead a team responsible for underwriting deals for the US market.
  2. You will collaborate closely with the credit committee in New York to ensure seamless functioning of the credit function.
  3. You will oversee daily underwriting pipeline and queues to ensure timely movement, balanced workloads, and efficient resource allocation.
  4. You will serve as the first point of contact for escalated or complex underwriting scenarios, providing guidance and resolving issues to support smooth loan flow.
  5. You will mentor and train underwriters to ensure adherence to underwriting quality metrics.
  6. You will develop process enhancements to improve analysis quality and turnaround times.
  7. You will interact with Data Science and Trading teams to embed AI and machine learning into underwriting processes and structure loans properly.
  8. You will present selected deals to the investment committee for final approval.
