We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries. They should maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, and assist with customer implementations and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries. Maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders. Assist with customer implementations and communicate effectively.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. Use Excel for data management and reporting. Prepare and present reports to leadership.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and share best practices. Participate in team engagement activities.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Manage after-sales processes and coordinate with depots and terminals. Ensure compliance with international regulations and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and accounting is a plus.
  • Flexible to work in morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
