Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will manage a team of professionals in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center. This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia.

This role involves working directly with a utility client to lead the implementation project, ensuring business value meets customer expectations. The successful delivery of project deliverables is paramount while adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project.

Key responsibilities include owning the project plan and JIRA board, tracking risks and issues, facilitating problem resolution, and managing communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will provide project status reports and debriefs to company leadership on a weekly basis and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.

As a liaison between technical teams and business users, you will ensure alignment and provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experienced in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, 4+ years of experience working in the utilities industry, and experience working in a call center environment.
