This Internal Communications Specialist role involves crafting impactful communications that resonate with employees, fostering a culture of connection and clarity.

Creative storytelling is essential in this position, where you will bring stories to life through compelling campaigns, visual design, and multimedia messaging. The right candidate will strengthen local engagement while aligning global purpose with everyday experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Internal Communications Campaigns:

  • Develop end-to-end internal communications campaigns from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement. Foster collaboration across teams to create unified and strategic messaging.

  • Visual Content Creation:

  • Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and other design tools. Showcase creative AI skills as an added bonus.

  • Communication Strategy:

  • Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, blogs, and social media posts, all tailored to effectively engage the target audience.

  • Employee Engagement:

  • Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns. Drive local engagement and foster a sense of community.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Design Acumen: Proficiency in Canva, Corel Draw, and Illustrator (knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus).
  • Any Editing Software – Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms, or a related field.
  • AI Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E is a bonus.
