Strategic Quality and Sustainability Leader

This is a key leadership role in which you will influence senior decision-making to drive quality outcomes and sustainability goals across our organization. You will play a crucial part in ensuring adherence to global quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, preferably with a strong background in leading quality transformations and continuous improvement initiatives. They should possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality strategies and policies that align with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance
  • Establish robust processes for quality assurance, quality control, audits, inspections, and corrective actions
  • Own audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, quality management, environment science, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in quality, sustainability, or EHS roles
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and industry regulations
  • Certified Quality Professional (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ CQE/CQM/OE) is highly desirable
