Job Title: National Process Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead process engineering, process safety, and sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. As a National Process Manager, you will be responsible for driving proactive leadership in conducting risk assessments, implementing Management of Change, and overseeing sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery.

The key outcomes include enhanced process safety compliance, reduced environmental impact, improved plant performance, and strategic alignment with business goals through data-driven insights, MIS reporting, and management presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process engineering, process safety, and sustainability initiatives across existing and upcoming manufacturing plants.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement Management of Change to ensure process safety compliance.
  • Drive sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery to reduce environmental impact.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve plant performance and align with business goals.

Candidate Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical); B.Tech/BE from IIT preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process optimization & process safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in process design, process safety assessments, and sustainability integration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and process safety frameworks.
