About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of warranty claims.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time may be required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
• Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims.
• Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
• Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
