Store Operations Supervisor

To excel as a Store Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail stores. Your primary duty will be to oversee stock replenishment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge & Report Analysis: Develop in-depth knowledge about products, including shoes, accessories, and other merchandise.
  • Stock Receiving & Organization: Ensure timely and accurate receipt of stock, maintaining optimal organization within the stock room.
  • Stock Transfer & Control: Coordinate efficient stock transfers between stores, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Inventory Planning & Management: Collaborate with managers to plan and execute inventory preparation, allocating manpower as needed.
  • Floor Operations Support: Assist department managers in maintaining seamless floor operations, ensuring adherence to established processes.
  • Productivity Management: Work closely with Store Managers to optimize store productivity and performance.
