Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the migration of legacy solutions to modern, efficient, and user-friendly alternatives using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Design and develop workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect solutions, drive governance, and mentor junior team members.
