We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our AI safety efforts.

About the Role:

  • This is a key leadership position that will oversee the development and implementation of AI safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of experts in AI engineering, platform engineering, and product management to develop cutting-edge AI safety solutions.
  2. Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of impact, collaboration, and rapid learning within your team.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their AI safety challenges and translate those needs into actionable roadmaps.
  4. Implement agile processes that balance speed with quality and security.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years managing technical teams or complex projects.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering AI, ML, or data-intensive platforms or services.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and talent development.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Technical Experience:

  • Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark/Flink).
  • Experience with platforms like LangChain, LangGraph.
  • Awareness of AI regulatory frameworks or secure deployment standards.
