Plant Maintenance Expert Sought

We are searching for an experienced executive engineer to join our plant maintenance team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, including FBE, RMG/Saizoner, Sifter, Multimill, Compression, metal detector, capsule filling machine, Coating machine, Blister packing, Auto Cartonator, strip pack machine, checkweigher etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve equipment-related issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
