Corporate Lawyer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our comprehensive legal practice. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and transactional law, with expertise in advising clients on complex matters.

About the Role:

  • Possess an LL.B. degree with current knowledge of legal advancements and practical implementation of deals.
  • 8–14 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, showcasing expertise in advising clients on complex matters.
  • Familiarity with handling M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments across various industries, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong advisory background in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and sector-specific regulations, including Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI & AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, and Competition Act.
  • Able to lead negotiations, manage transactions from start to finish, and provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice, resulting in high-quality work under tight timelines.

  2. Develop and implement effective transaction strategies.
  3. Manage client relationships and communications.
