Assistant Branch Director

Job Description:

The Assistant Branch Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring seamless management of the lobby team and driving excellence across service, sales, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To guarantee timely and accurate completion of account opening processes, adhering to 'First Time Right' standards.
  • To effectively resolve customer complaints and grievances within stipulated timelines.
  • To facilitate regular knowlarity calling by the lobby team, ensuring optimal engagement with customers.

Business Development:

  • To drive sales of bank and third-party products, including loans, credit cards, and personal loans, thereby meeting monthly revenue targets.

Operations:

  • To maintain adherence to operational guidelines, including timely branch openings, cash and security item reconciliations, and error-free transaction processing.
  • To ensure audit readiness and achieve high ratings for branch performance.
  • To foster talent development and grooming within the team, enabling them to take on higher responsibilities.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • A graduate with 4-6 years of experience in retail branch banking operations.
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes is essential.
  • Candidates must possess self-motivation and effective communication skills to pitch products to clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage crises efficiently.
