**Job Summary**:
The **Branch Operations Executive** is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the branch, ensuring smooth transaction processes, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves customer service, inventory management, staff coordination, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing (gold loans, deposits, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and promoting company services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and branch security protocols.
- Supervise branch staff and assist with training and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
- Manage inventory of gold and cash, ensuring proper stock levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in branch operations or financial services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and operational procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,255.12 - ₹22,781.45 per month
