Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights on receivable performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of collection professionals to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, including credit underwriting and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with collections and recovery processes, focusing on minimizing bad debts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of collection professionals.
