Cloud Network Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting, deploying and managing cloud network solutions across AWS, Azure and Palo Alto platforms. They will work closely with architecture and business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into robust, reliable and highly available network designs.

  • Architect and deploy cloud network solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network designs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system designs, configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in cloud network engineering with a focus on AWS, Azure and Palo Alto.
  • Experience designing and deploying networking constructs within public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) including hybrid cloud networking or multi-cloud connectivity solutions.
  • Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs and Zero Trust network architecture.
  • Automation skills using Terraform and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix and AWS CloudWatch.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell and Bash.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP and OSPF.
