Key Responsibilities

The Fertility Clinic Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of fertility clinics.

Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without any lapses, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire Safety clearances, and NOC.
  • Obtain and renew necessary licenses and approvals from various government bodies and external organizations.
Government Liaison
  • Build and maintain relationships with municipal corporations, state health departments, fire departments, urban development authorities, local statutory bodies, police, nodal officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
  • Collaborate closely with the expansion/projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.
Documentation and Compliance
  • Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for regulatory applications.
  • Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
Operational Support
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.

The successful Fertility Clinic Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing operational support to the clinical team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
