Job Title: Clinical Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in provider enrollment and credentialing processes, ensuring ethical and accurate completion and submission of applications across various specialties and payers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provider Enrollment & Application Management: Demonstrate expertise in the end-to-end provider enrollment process, accurately completing a high volume of provider applications across various specialties and payer types.
  • Welcome Kit Generation & Contract Loading: Create and disseminate comprehensive Welcome Kits for new providers, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is included, and accurately load provider contracts into designated systems.
  • Application Portal Expertise: Experience in creating and managing accounts within key healthcare application portals, including CAQH, Medicaid, Medicare (PECOS), and NPI portals, with a commitment to ethical standards in data handling.
Skill Sets:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates exceptional ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Exhibits a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation, capable of managing tasks and responsibilities autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs: Highly skilled in utilizing Google Sheets for data organization, analysis, and visualization, including the creation of complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant major such as Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management (HIM), Business Administration, or Public Health.
  • Experience: Expertise in provider enrollment and credentialing processes, ensuring ethical and accurate completion and submission of applications across various specialties and payers.
