Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to provide sales support and customer assistance for our product range in the radio-oncology environment.

The ideal candidate will have a sales background and experience selling medical equipment, preferably in radiotherapy and radiology fields.

This role involves building and winning mind share for our products at private and government institutions. The successful candidate will work closely with end-users of radiotherapy departments, providing expert support and assistance in clinical utilization.

Sales Support: Handling sales and business development by presenting our products to prospective customers and supporting other radiotherapy providers.

Customer Support: Providing onsite, telephone, and remote support for our customers for a range of products.

  • Work closely with existing customers to provide expert support and assistance in clinical utilization.
  • Generating sales and business development activities.
  • Closely liaison with key customer sites to develop clinical protocols and support the clinical adoption and development of new applications.
  • Liaise with Research & Development to provide product feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Attend exhibitions and provide product demonstrations.
  • Taking care of sales with product demonstrations at customer sites.
  • Coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training classes.
  • Assist in creating support training information in the form of workflows, user guides, e-learning courses.
  • Provide phone support to customers and colleagues on the clinical operation of our systems.
  • Provide backup support in other regions as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Working in Radiotherapy.
  • Ready to explore sales and business development activities.
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients and other stakeholders at all levels of their organization.
  • Results-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude, highly motivated, and strong work ethics.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications/Windows.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Educated to Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent qualification in Radiotherapy.
  • Good English.

  • Experience with Single-Gray-Level Resonance Technology.
Others

This role involves significant fieldwork, with up to 80% of the time spent traveling to various hospitals and potentially assigned locations in India.
