Job Title: Process Specialist

About the Role:

  • The Process Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing shifts, administrative tasks, and associate management.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on mentoring and guiding associates to meet customer expectations.
  • Process Specialists will also conduct audits and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of shift operations, including supervising associates and monitoring productivity.
  • Administrative management of associates, including scheduling and training.
  • Monitoring and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain operations.
