Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education to ensure alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards, and healthcare workflows to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  • Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing HealthCloud projects is required. Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is highly desirable.
