Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Test Engineer with experience in quality assurance and testing.

The candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and hands-on experience working with Agile teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies to deliver timely and effective testing results
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert-level guidance on test automation and CI/CD pipeline best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7 years experience in QA/testing experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce testing
  • Knowledge in SAP and Informatica
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning
  • Working knowledge of Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar test management tools
  • Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium or Tosca
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
