Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our team and help us design and implement scalable data models using Salesforce Data Cloud. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, and entity relationships.

  • Design and configure data streams for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Develop robust data model objects and relationships to support customer data models.
  • Implement identity resolution and calculated insights for unified customer profiles.

As a successful candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data cloud solutions. You should be proficient in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).

Good To Have:

  • Exposure to Einstein AI/Analytics with Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Customer 360 Audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
