Job Title: Application Support Engineer

The System Specialist is a critical role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, monitor, and maintain Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware.
  2. Provide technical product support for Access Control and CCTV systems.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to Access Control and CCTV systems.
  4. Provide remote support to clients on system configuration.
  5. Track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits.
  6. Evaluate and implement best practices in technology integration.
  7. Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems with experience in Installation and Maintenance.
  • Experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and all related hardware.
  • Experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions.
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical trouble-shooting abilities.
  • Engineering Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
