System Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled System Compliance Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance and Configuration: Configure, maintain, and update the system according to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This involves setting parameters, rules, and thresholds for monitoring transactions.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor alerts generated by the system and conduct thorough investigations into flagged activities. Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies in transactional data to identify potential instances of financial crime.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document investigation findings, maintain records, and prepare reports detailing suspicious activities for regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk management, and IT to address any issues related to the system. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on compliance objectives and system requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and efficiency gains within the system. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to implement necessary updates.
