HR Platform Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR tech professional to manage and optimize our Human Resources platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on cloud-based HR platforms.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data.
- Maintain system hygiene and data integrity across modules including Recruitment, Performance, RnR, and Core.
- Analyze complex datasets and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions.
- Explore and implement artificial intelligence tools to enhance HR efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Human Resources Management Systems.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to or interest in using AI tools in HR contexts.
