About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Skills Platform Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's skills-based approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain platform processes, procedures, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform with other systems.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize platform performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure maximum adoption and utilization of the platform.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technology programs, preferably in HR Systems.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and analytics concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams to manage projects.
  • Familiarity with software applications, people analytics reporting, and Microsoft Office.
