Executive Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our power electronics business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for our products and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans that drive growth, innovation, and profitability.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D / plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational development and driving change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.
