Junior Accountant Position

The role of a fresher accountant at our organization involves assisting in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. This includes supporting invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment workflows.

Responsibilities include working with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks, learning how accounting data integrates with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems, collaborating with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows, and gaining exposure to digital procurement and interoperability solutions.

We are looking for B.Com graduates or final-year students who have strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance, along with basic skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting software.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable to a startup culture, eager to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
