Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Expert Java Training Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring learners achieve their desired skill outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting live classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and relevant frameworks
  • Facilitating and supporting learners' progress through personalized blended learning experiences
  • Evaluating and grading learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Mentoring learners during support, project, and assessment sessions
  • Developing, validating, and implementing learning content, curriculum, and training programs

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST, Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks, and above. Strong analysis or problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and delivery skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
