Onboarding Implementation Specialist

Skillfully lead customer onboarding sessions to ensure seamless product adoption and integration.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new customers
  • Assist with data integration, ETL/ELT operations, and technical configurations

This role requires a strong background in SQL, data transformation, and scripting, along with excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
