Job Opportunity: VP RTR Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our Record to Report transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 13+ years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) with a techno-functional profile encompassing extensive knowledge in Financial Accounting, particularly in RTR.

They should have hands-on experience in delivering projects preferably utilizing Ariba, Coupa, and Trade Shift.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze process requirements, develop solutions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, timely communication, and articulation of issues with recommended solutions.

A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills is required to navigate diverse stakeholders with different agendas.

The role involves facilitating discussions with client organizations, including business and technology teams, to drive the transformation initiative forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Suggest and implement solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 13+ years of experience in RTR
  • Techno-functional profile with knowledge in F&A, especially in RTR
