We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Marketing Professional to drive sales growth and market research.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales (80%):
- Attend client meetings to understand requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities through industry publications.
- C coordinate the proposal development process, including scheduling and facilitation of win strategy meetings.
- Review RFP documents to ensure clarity on client needs.
- Work with assigned Manager of Strategic Partnerships to prepare Proposal Outline & Responsibilities form.
- Develop a proposal schedule for submittal development, review, production, and delivery.
- Coordinate the proposal effort, working with assigned resources to procure and organize all submittal elements.
- Tailor proposal narratives, resumes, and project write-ups as needed.
- Monitor progress and report status to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships.
- Marketing (20%):
- Conduct market analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collect key data to support marketing initiatives.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
