Unlock AI-Powered Insights as a Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a pivotal role in our Gen AI DS/AI Competency Center, you will leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.
- Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end initiatives: Running business understanding, data understanding/preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment
- Analyzing and interpreting findings
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
- Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the theory behind various machine learning concepts
- Experience with machine learning, especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
- Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
- Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector database skills
- Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini)
A strong business acumen and ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems are essential. Experience in working with big data and distributed environments, as well as commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision, would be valuable additions to your profile.
